We'll ship your order as soon as we can, subject to payment authorization and stock availability.
You'll only be charged once per order for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable) however many separate shipments we split your order into (this doesn't apply if you choose to have the order split for sending to more than one address).
We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries in your area, such as extreme weather or postal strikes. Our standard delivery service should deliver to UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days for in stock items and 14+ working days for items not currently held in stock. We will contact you via email if your item is not in stock. Our standard delivery service should deliver to Europe and "Rest of the world" 5-7 working days for in stock items and 14+ working days for items not currently held in stock.

Sending order as a gift

Just tell as you would like to send chosen item as a present to appropriate address in a gift box with card from you and we will ship it without an Invoice (invoice will be send to your e-mail address).
